How to Weather the Storms of Life - 7 Aug 11

Today in the Gospel we
hear about storms. We all have different storms in our lives, different pressures, things that seem to enclose on top of us. When these things happen to us, the question is, "Where do we look?" Many times we get scared and turn away. Instead we need to keep our eyes fixed on the goal of staying close to Christ then we in turn are able to move through the storms of our lives.
Do the pressures of our lives cause us to give into fear or do they bring us closer to God?
